Best Crashes - Monday, 12th November 2007

A high speed crash caused by changeable weather conditions.

In May 2006: Responded to the Old Bath Rd. / Bath Rd. for a reported motor vehicle accident with injury for a train/vehicle collision. Upon arrival found a single locomotive engine entangled into a single automobile. Patient was extricated from the vehicle, and operations were then steered towards disentanglement of the auto. A 1 3/4 charged line was put in place and the auto was chained to the tracks and the locomotive was backed away. There was minimal damage to the tracks and the vehicle was totaled.
